VINE (Victim Information Notification Everyday)
SAVIN or VINE is the “Victim Information Notification Everyday” program that is designed to allow victims, witnesses, or other parties to receive notification of offenders release or movement from jail if arrested as well as notification for DOC in regards to parole, release, movement to an honor farm, death, etc.

Victims can register to have the notifications sent to a telephone (cells, home, work, etc. and as many numbers as they want to use) as well as email notification.
